Our practice in Pullach was our first location, founded under the name “Digitale Kieferorthopädie Dr. Fiona Adler”. The team around founder and practice manager Dr. Fiona Adler has been there for our patients since 2014. We have two treatment rooms available in Pullach.

Directions
Our practice is only a few hundred meters away from the “Pullach” S-Bahn station. This can be reached by S-Bahn lines S7 and S20 as well as by bus 270. From there it is only a 5 minute walk to our practice. If you reach us by car, there is a free parking garage very close to our practice.

Treatment procedure
Getting to know each other, diagnosis & setting the course
Before we can even decide whether and which orthodontic treatment should be carried out, we would like to get to know you personally and get a first impression. At this initial appointment, we want to give you the best possible advice and answer your questions. We attach great importance to getting to know you and your wishes.
During this appointment, we will carry out a comprehensive initial orthodontic consultation and examination and get an overview of your or your child’s general dental health.
If you require orthodontic treatment, diagnostic documentation is required. This process can take place directly afterwards and takes between 15 and 25 minutes, depending on the scope and available documents. Alternatively, we can also arrange a separate appointment for this. If necessary, we can already take X-ray images with our low-radiation digital X-ray system at this stage. A comprehensive diagnosis is possible after careful evaluation of all X-ray images and models.
Treatment plan and cost breakdown
At the second appointment, we lay the foundation for your future treatment together. We present various treatment options and answer any questions you may have. This is the time when you can decide to undergo treatment in our practice.
If you do, we will take care of the application for cost coverage by your health insurance company, provided you have statutory health insurance. As soon as we receive feedback from the health insurance company, we will contact you immediately.
For private patients, it is usual for you to submit the treatment and cost plan directly to the insurance company.
Experience has shown that the processing time for approval of the treatment plan is around 4-6 weeks.
After approval and confirmation of the amount of cost coverage by the insurance provider, the first treatment appointment can be arranged and nothing stands in the way of your successful treatment.
Start of treatment & regular appointments
Once the treatment plan has been approved by your health insurance company or you have agreed to our treatment proposal, nothing stands in the way of the start of your orthodontic treatment.
Once your braces have been fitted or inserted, you will receive a detailed introduction to the care of the fixed or removable appliances. We then arrange regular appointments to check and activate the devices. The removable braces must always be brought along to these check-ups, as well as all additional aids and care materials for fixed braces.
