Worked as a training assistant with Dr Ernst Hösl, Munich and Prof. Dr Hans-Peter Bantleon at the Clinic for Dentistry, Oral and Maxillofacial Medicine at the University of Vienna, where she trained as a specialist and was recognised as a specialist dentist for orthodontics by the Dental Association of Westphalia-Lippe. Subsequently worked in various orthodontic practices, including setting up and managing a practice location for many years.
